Team Attention
is a
Studio now.
In 2025 Team Attention was four freelancers in a shared Slack. The goal was to be *the team that uses AI best*.
In March 2026 we ran a Ralphthon in San Francisco. 150 people came. OpenAI sponsored. It was the moment we realized we were not a team that used AI. We were **a studio making the behavior of living with agents.**
Korea has 15% AI subscription. SF top builders run Codex all day. That gap is not technical — it is behavioral. You can't memo your way across it.
So we made Ralph Routine: a 48-hour ritual where agents work while you eat, exercise, sleep. It was not a course. It was not a product. It was a *drop*.
That's what we are now.
Eight things we believe.
We are a studio, not a company.
Companies optimize. Studios create. We care more about what we made this month than about our headcount.
Every drop has a manifesto.
If we can't say in one line what we're trying to break, we don't ship it. No vague. No defensible.
No VC.
Buildspace raised $10M from a16z at $100M valuation and shut down four years later. MSCHF, ten years in, still drops every two weeks. Drop revenue is the only revenue that keeps the soul.
Format over feature.
Ralphthon is a format. Ralph Routine is a format. Formats scale — features don't. We ship formats, then we run them in other cities.
Environment changes behavior, not information.
You cannot read your way into a new habit. 2 days of living with agents beats 20 hours of tutorials. We design rooms, not courses.
Interfaces die. Context survives.
IDE → CLI → Claw. Skills and memory outlive any of them. We don't chase interfaces. We build the stuff you carry between them.
Two founders, many fellows.
Team Attention is Bong + Sungmin at the core. Every drop brings a different constellation of fellows. The studio is small. The network is wide.
Document or it didn't happen.
Every drop leaves a manifesto, an artifact, and a number. No artifact, no drop. No number, no drop.
Formats, partnerships, revenue drops. Host of every Ralphthon. Writes essays. Pitches OpenAI, Kakao Ventures, LG AI Research. Flies between Seoul and SF.
Video and documentary. Turns drops into artifacts that travel. Without media a drop only lives once. With media, it echoes.
Ralphthon, Ralph Routine, Research Camp — formats only we run.
B2B Program, Attention Batch — packaged offerings that feed the studio.
Codeless by Ralphthon, Sparta × Codex — drops co-produced with partners.
Ralph Routine v1, Ralphthon Canonical — rules other cities can run.
Documentaries, short-form videos, launch films — Sungmin's axis.
Essays, analyses, year-end books — manifestos that travel alone.
